William Allen Ministries is a conduit by which the Gospel of Jesus Christ can be shared, emerging leaders can be equipped with the tools necessary for their successful execution of 21st Century Ministry, communities can be restored and developed, and lives can be changed. Through William Allen Ministries, since its founding in 2013, Pastor Allen has been able to touch the hearts and lives of believers in 15 of the Unites States of America.

Positive Outlook Guidance Services aims to ensure the meaningful and contributory presence of youth aging out of the foster care system and emerging civic and Christian leaders. Positive Outlook Guidance Services offers services that promote preventative awareness, care and testing to communities most at risk for contracting HIV/AIDS and STIs. We will continue to offer these services until we see the notable difference in our communities.

Having been established in March of 2014, City of Our God is the first work established by Pastor William Allen. Nestled quaintly in the city of District Heights, Maryland, City of Our God engages in community service and development; outreach and evangelism; and exuberant corporate worship. City of Our God has adopted the motto that this is the place “Where Praise Meets Purpose and Destiny is Fulfilled!”

Answering the call of a true spiritual son, Pastor William Allen sensed the call of God to continue the work of his late spiritual father, Overseer Mark D. Harmon, and to establish a ministry in Middletown, Delaware. City Of Our God Delaware is a new community oriented, and purpose driven church plant, the second to be established by Pastor Allen. The vision of Covenant Church is to create a culture of believers that exudes the life altering love of Christ, until it’s realized in corporate worship, discipleship, and quality of life.
